Developer needs an upgrade, not just app

Something I hate is when developers are very vague in their description of their app. Specially the in app purchases.

The app as is when you download it appears to be only good for Mexico City. The in app purchases give you two choices,"unlimited Mexico," and "Mexico Premium." What the hell is the difference and what exactly do you get with each feature?

Shouldnt it be common sense to describe the options in the description? Could it be so hard?
